ResultsCX is seeking a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to work remotely in the United States. You will assist healthcare customers in English and Spanish, handling questions about health insurance policies, benefits, and account updates, plus processing orders.

The role includes inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform customers of changes. This seasonal position runs through December and may become permanent for high performers.

Competenze

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Typing speed of 25 words per minute.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while assisting customers.
• Available 8am–11pm EST, 7 days a week.

Mansioni

• Assist bilingual healthcare customers with inquiries via phone.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and campaigns.
• Guide customers on policy questions and account updates.
• Maintain accurate customer data and follow scripts.
