Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for remote work in the United States. The role handles inbound and outbound calls, supports eligibility and enrollment questions, and provides accurate information on healthcare benefits and services.

Fluency in two languages is required and language testing will be conducted. The position is contract-based with schedule Monday–Friday, EST hours, and a pay rate of $17.46/hour.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency required; language testing will be conducted.
• 1+ year of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple computer systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Assist customers with eligibility, enrollment, benefits, and program questions.
• Research customer information and resolve issues using multiple systems.
• Process enrollment, disenrollment, and other program transactions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential customer records.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Escalate complex issues when needed and work with internal teams to resolve concerns.
