Systems Integration, Inc. is recruiting for a remote Call Center Representative to support FEMA. The role involves handling inbound questions and providing pre-scripted, accurate information. Training is paid and comprehensive to ensure professional handling of each caller, including sensitive topics.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens and pass a federal background check. Remote work setup with standard home-office requirements is expected, with bilingual English/Spanish being advantageous.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• At least six (6) months of customer service required; call center experience preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and have lived in the United States for 3 out of the past 5 years.
• Ability to speak and read English clearly and professionally. Bilingual would be helpful.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check.

Responsabilités

• Take inbound calls and answer questions with pre-scripted responses read verbatim.
• Perform outbound calls to verify the authenticity of received documents.
• Use computer, telephone, email, and web browser to complete tasks.
• Complete basic data entry in the computer terminal related to inquiries.
