Job summary

Systems Integration, Inc. is forming a pool of candidates for a remote Contact Center Representative role to support FEMA. The CSR will handle inbound/outbound calls, document information accurately, and maintain professionalism.

Eligible applicants should be US citizens, able to pass a federal background check, and have at least a high school diploma with 6 months of customer service experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED as minimum education.
• At least six months of customer service experience.
• U.S. citizen and has lived in the United States for 3 of the past 5 years.
• Ability to pass a federal background check; DHS clearance preferred.
• Professional English communications; bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with pre-scripted responses and provide general/claims information.
• Perform outbound calls to verify documents authenticity.
• Use computer, telephone, email and browser to complete tasks.
• Enter data into the computer terminal related to inquiries.
• Refer escalated calls to a supervisor.
