The role requires an Adjuster license or progress toward licensing, strong customer service, and the ability to work from home across the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Training starts soon with flexible shifts and weekend coverage possible.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED or 1 year of virtual customer service experience.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain license within 90 days of training.
• Strong math and moderate computer skills to use various software applications.
• Must meet work-from-home requirements including internet speeds and designated workspace.
• Ability to type 30 wpm.

Aufgaben

• Contact insureds, claimants and other parties to confirm loss details and policy coverage; explain claims process and outcomes.
• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto/property damage claims from start to finish.
• Handle inbound calls and maintain an inventory of pending claims.
• Conduct coverage and liability investigations.
• Coordinate and oversee the claims process; keep customers informed.
• Negotiate damages and supplements; validate reparability and monitor repairs.
