Job summary

We provide equipment, training, and a supportive team. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule and a compensation package that includes hourly pay plus monthly commissions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Bilingual required (English and Spanish).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and handle sensitive conversations.

Responsibilities

• Talk with consumers to help them understand accounts and find solutions.
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment and payment plans.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Accurately document interactions in our systems.
• Meet performance goals with coaching support.
