Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Bilingual required: fluent English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable and detail-oriented work style.
• Must reside in FL, MO, SC, or VA.

Responsibilities

• Talk with consumers to understand accounts and find solutions.
• Offer payment options including full balance or payment plans.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
