Responsibilities

• Collaborates in the review and evaluation of delinquent accounts for collections opportunities.
• Advises customers on payment strategies and products that meet their objectives.
• Supports loss mitigation processes for non-performing and high-risk accounts.
• Handles customer calls professionally and ensures accurate processing of requests.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends and regulatory environment for collections.
