Qualifications

• Typically 3–5 years of relevant collections experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Credit qualifications and applicable laws for Consumer Collections.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and negotiate.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate delinquent or high-risk accounts for collections opportunities.
• Provide collections-related sales and service to customers or prospects, advising on payment strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, build rapport, and expand share of wallet with clients.
• Lead and participate in loss mitigation processes and strategies for non-performing accounts.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring status updates and timely resolutions.
