Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant collections experience.
• Knowledge of credit qualifications and related credit knowledge.
• Knowledge of federal, state/provincial and local laws pertaining to Consumer Collections.
• Knowledge of BMO products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide collections-related sales and service to customers.
• Advise on payment strategies and products meeting customer objectives.
• Handle high risk accounts and apply loss mitigation processes.
• Respond to customer inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Analyze data to determine collection probability and provide insights.
• Prepare data for regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
