AnywhereWorks is hiring Client Experience Associates to join our team. You will answer inbound calls from home for client businesses, capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments, and relay messages with a courteous, accurate approach.

Your role includes handling various call types and will involve a training period and ongoing development while you adapt to new tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from home for clients' businesses, capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments, and relay messages.
• Handle a range of call types (Active Response, live chat, relay calls, appointment setting, legal intake) with training provided.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with metrics such as quality, accuracy, ready time and after-call work.
