ConServe is seeking a Bilingual Quality Service Associate to manage and collect delinquent accounts in a fully remote role. You will use a consultative approach to identify the best resolution while maintaining compliance and customer trust.

Responsibilities include obtaining consumer information, proposing solutions, gathering documentation, and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with strong communication and computer skills.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Availability for an 8‑hour shift Monday through Friday between 8:00am EST and 9:00pm EST.
• Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Strong verbal communication, listening, negotiation and resolution skills.
• Proficient computer skills to document calls and navigate software, databases and the internet.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain information from consumers to determine financial situations and solutions.
• Provide solutions to resolve obligations administratively or voluntarily.
• Gather documentation from consumers and maintain follow‑up.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals as set by management.
