Job summary

ConServe, a long‑standing provider of accounts receivable management, is seeking remote Bilingual Representatives to manage delinquent accounts using a consultative approach. You will work in a fast‑paced environment from home, following ConServe’s standards and PPMS guidelines.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required. The role features 8‑hour shifts with some evenings, growth opportunities, flexible schedules, and performance‑based bonuses, with salary paid hourly from $21.00 to $22.00.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Ability to work 8‑hour shifts with some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Obtain information from consumers to determine financial situation and determine solutions.
• Provide solutions to enable resolution of obligations administratively or voluntarily.
• Gather proper documentation and maintain follow‑up.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals set by management.
• Document calls and navigate software, databases, and the internet.
