ConServe is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Call Center Rep - Quality Service Associate to join our remote-friendly team. You will handle delinquent accounts in English and Spanish and deliver customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities include gathering information, proposing resolutions, documenting calls, and meeting daily productivity goals while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Strong communication and computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
