Job summary

FronteraCare seeks a mission-driven BCBA to lead Initial Assessments (FBA) via telehealth in a fast-growing, startup environment across NM and beyond. You will establish clinical foundations, develop data-driven treatment plans, and ensure readiness before case assignments.

The role emphasizes strong clinical judgment, comfort with innovation, and collaborative work with Intake, Scheduling, and Clinical Leadership to scale systems while maintaining HIPAA and BACB standards.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a BCBA.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Experience with telehealth and remote supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Initial Assessments (Functional Behavior Assessments) via telehealth.
• Develop high-quality data-driven treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Ensure reports meet payer authorization standards and quality benchmarks.
• Prepare cases for smooth transition to ongoing BCBA and RBT teams.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
