Job summary

FronteraCare is seeking a mission-driven BCBA to lead Initial Assessments (Functional Behavior Assessments) in a remote, technology-enabled environment. This role focuses on conducting comprehensive evaluations via telehealth, reviewing video-captured sessions, and developing high-quality, data-driven treatment plans for client success.

The BCBA will ensure payer-ready reports, collaborate with Intake and Clinical Leadership, and help scale processes across states in a fast-growing startup

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience working as a BCBA.
• At least 1 year of Functional Behavior Assessment focused work preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Strong clinical writing and analytical skills.
• Experience with telehealth and remote supervision.
• Comfort with technology platforms and data systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote startup environment.
• Located in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NC, NV, UT, OK, or CO.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Initial Assessments (Functional Behavior Assessments).
• Use telehealth and video-capture technology to inform treatment planning.
• Develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans and BIPs.
• Ensure reports meet payer authorization standards and quality benchmarks.
• Prepare cases for smooth transition to ongoing BCBA and RBT teams.
• Maintain clinical documentation accuracy and timeliness.
