Job summary

FronteraCare in the United States is seeking a mission-driven BCBA to lead Initial Assessments (FBA) in a fast-growing, tech-enabled setting. This remote role focuses on thorough evaluations, data-driven treatment plans, and clinical readiness for caseload deployment.

You will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments via telehealth, review via video, ensure payer-ready reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support families across NM and neighboring states.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a BCBA.
• At least 1 year of Functional Behavior Assessment focused work.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Strong clinical writing and analytical skills.
• Experience with telehealth and remote supervision.
• Comfort with technology platforms and data systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote startup environment.
• Located in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NC, NV, UT, OK, or CO.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments using caregiver interviews, record review, direct observation (live or video capture).
• Utilize video-capture technology to review sessions and inform treatment planning.
• Develop data-driven treatment plans and behavior intervention plans aligned with medical necessity.
• Ensure all reports meet payer authorization standards and internal quality benchmarks.
• Prepare cases for smooth transition to ongoing BCBA and RBT teams.
• Maintain clinical documentation accuracy and timeliness.
