Job summary

FronteraCare is seeking a mission-driven Remote BCBA to lead Initial Assessments using telehealth and our video-capture tech. You will conduct functional assessments, develop individualized plans, and ensure clinical readiness for case assignment.

Qualified candidates hold a BCBA in good standing, a Master’s in a relevant field, and at least 5 years of BCBA experience. Bilingual English/Spanish, strong clinical writing, and remote-startup adaptability are required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a BCBA; 1 year FBA-focused preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is required.
• Strong clinical writing, telehealth experience, and ability to work remotely in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments via caregiver interviews, records, observation, and standardized tools.
• Use video-capture tech to review sessions and inform planning.
• Develop data-driven treatment and behavior intervention plans aligned with medical necessity.
• Ensure reports meet payer authorization standards and quality benchmarks.
• Prepare cases for transition to ongoing BCBA and RBT teams.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
