Job summary

FronteraCare, a remote-friendly pediatric ABA provider, seeks a mission-driven BCBA to lead Initial Assessments via telehealth in a fast-growing, technology-enabled environment. You will develop high-quality treatment plans, ensure clinical readiness, and serve as a clinical gatekeeper for new cases within a startup setting.

The role requires a valid BCBA, a Master’s in a related field, at least 5 years as a BCBA, 1 year in FBA, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong clinical writing with comfort

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a BCBA.
• At least 1 year of Functional Behavior Assessment focused work preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish; strong clinical writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Initial Assessments (Functional Behavior Assessments) via telehealth and caregiver interviews.
• Use video-capture technology to review sessions and inform treatment planning.
• Develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans and BIP aligned with medical necessity.
• Ensure reports meet payer authorization standards and internal quality benchmarks.
• Prepare cases for transfer to ongoing BCBA and RBT teams; maintain timely clinical documentation.
