Genpact is seeking a Bid Management professional to coordinate and manage end-to-end bid processes for US-based opportunities. You will work with sales, finance, legal, and operations to gather information and develop pricing proposals, ensuring compliance and timely submissions.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in bid management or procurement, with English proficiency at C2 and certifications such as CPP or CPSM. This remote role supports a national scope across the United States.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required across business/communications/marketing/sales.
• Master’s in Marketing preferred or equivalent.
• Proven experience in bid management or procurement contexts.
• English language proficiency required (C2).
• Certifications in procurement/management valued (CPP, CPSM).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end bid process and ensure timely proposals.
• Review bid documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and operations to gather bid data.
• Develop bid strategies and assist in pricing proposals.
• Track bid progress and report outcomes and lessons learned.
• Ensure adherence to legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
