Advocate Health is seeking a BI/EPIC Cogito expert to independently configure, monitor, and maintain BI platforms in a remote office environment. You will train analysts, manage content lifecycle, and ensure security compliance while collaborating across time zones.

Requirements include 5–7 years with Epic Cogito and BI tools, Epic certifications, and a strong understanding of EHR workflows. Remote work options are available with occasional travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience with Epic Cogito and BI tools.
• Typically 5-7 years of experience in Epic applications and Business Intelligence tools.
• Epic certifications appropriate to job function; Cogito certifications preferred; Learn plan to obtain missing Epic Cogito certifications within 5 months of starting.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, test, monitor, and maintain analytical and operational BI platforms, systems, and servers.
• Monitor BI tools and systems for performance.
• Ensure content created by developers adheres to policies and best practices; train analysts and end users on BI/reporting tools.
• Provide support for BI/reporting systems with maintenance, upgrades, security changes, and project go-lives.
• Apply security changes and manage access; consolidate security configurations for sustainability.
• Manage analytics content lifecycle: auditing, usage monitoring, and retiring content.
• Provide documentation for tasks per industry standards.
• Independently manage projects and requests using appropriate tools.
• Stay informed about healthcare environment, EHR, BI technology and trends; mentor juniors.
