Job summary

Preferred candidates have Pharmacy Technician experience, HIPAA certification, and strong call center skills. English/Spanish bilingualism is required, with EST-based hours and potential for full-time conversion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmacy Technician experience required.
• HIPAA certified.
• Call center experience required (3+ years preferred).
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other contact methods.
• Assess user issues and provide first level resolution.
• Document information and escalate unresolved issues promptly.
• Identify operational challenges and suggest improvements to management.
• Work 40 hours per week with multiple shifts available (8:00–11:00 PM EST windows).
