Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years electrical engineering experience with focus on BESS, renewables, or power systems.
• Expertise in design, integration, and optimization of BESS components (lithium-ion, inverters, BMS, grid interconnection).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical SME for BESS engineering scopes and guide project teams.
• Lead and manage the design and engineering of BESS with contracts, utilities, and AHJ compliance.
• Review feasibility studies and system sizing analyses to recommend optimal BESS configurations.
• Mentor junior engineers and project teams in BESS design principles and practices.
• Travel as required to support project execution.
