Catalant is seeking a Benefits & Compensation Specialist to own our benefits, leave processes, and total rewards administration. You will partner with Finance to ensure accurate payroll and with our People teams to drive open enrollment and communications.
The role emphasizes compliance, data integrity, and clear guidance for employees. You will be the Rippling power user, building automated workflows, and maintaining documentation while supporting audits and 401(k) programs.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years in benefits administration and total rewards.
- Advanced proficiency with HRIS platforms; Rippling preferred.
- Strong knowledge of health/welfare standards, leave laws, and compensation regulations.
- Elite data accuracy and self-audit capability.
- Ability to document processes and build automated workflows.
- Translate complex compliance into clear guidance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee benefits administration and vendor management.
- Own total compensation and rewards programs; manage changes in Rippling.
- Draft compensation letters; coordinate with Finance on pay cycles.
- Administer retirement plans (e.g., 401(k)) and related rewards.
- Oversee leaves of absence and ensure compliance with laws.
- Design internal process documentation and training materials.
