You will primarily handle inbound telephone calls, with occasional outbound calls, to answer questions, explain available options, complete transactions, and guide participants through applicable forms and processes.

Qualifications

• Customer service or call center experience.
• Defined benefit pension plan experience.
• Benefits administration or retirement services experience.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
