Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Benefits Support Specialist to assist participants with questions about their benefits and plan provisions. This is a fully remote role, primarily handling inbound calls to explain options and guide participants through forms.

You will complete transactions, maintain accurate case notes in the case management system, and uphold confidentiality and quality standards while working independently from a home office.

Responsibilities

• Explain forms and guide participants through the appropriate processes.
• Complete callbacks promptly and elevate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the case management system.
• Meet established quality, accuracy, and timeliness standards while following client‑specific procedures.
• Protect confidential participant information and comply with applicable company, client, privacy, and security requirements.
