You will primarily handle inbound calls, with occasional outbound calls, to explain options, complete transactions, and guide participants through forms and processes. Training is provided virtually, with a full-time schedule and a pay rate of $16 per hour.

• Maintain documentation in the case management system.
• Meet quality, accuracy, and timeliness standards per client procedures.
• Protect participant information and comply with privacy and security requirements.
