Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative to join our nationwide remote call center team. You will assist participants with retirement and pension benefits, research accounts, update records, and deliver professional service in a high-volume environment.

Strong communication, multitasking, and willingness to learn complex benefits information are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous call center experience in a high-volume environment.
• Clear and professional communication.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Must be 18 years old and have a HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from participants regarding retirement and pension benefits.
• Assist with retirement package requests and documentation.
• Update participant records accurately and compliantly.
• Research and resolve participant inquiries using account and plan data.
• Document calls and resolutions in the system; escalate as needed.
• Meet quality, adherence, and productivity metrics.
