Conduent is hiring a Call Center Representative II (Remote) to serve members and applicants regarding pensions and financial benefits. You will be the initial contact, handle inbound calls, document requests, and enter information into a web-based system.

The role requires a high school diploma, 18+, pass background check, and experience in customer service. Training pays $15/hour, then $16/hour with full benefits from day one; schedule is 40 hours weekly with 8am–10pm EST shifts after training.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service or call center preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and keyboarding required.
• Ability to solve problems and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for inquiries from members regarding pensions and benefits.
• Provide inbound telephone support and document enrollment requests and status changes.
• Enter information into a web-based system and maintain policy proficiency to explain program requirements.
• Deliver clear, complete, and objective information based on current guidelines.
