Job summary

Alight Solutions is seeking a Benefit Pro to deliver high-touch, concierge-style benefits guidance across health, wealth, wellbeing, and absence management. You will own the member journey end-to-end, coordinating with carriers, retirement specialists, and internal teams to ensure personalized, proactive support from inquiry to resolution.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of benefits administration including Medical, Dental, Vision and voluntary benefits.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze member needs, eligibility, utilization, life events to provide personalized recommendations.
• Communicate complex benefits information clearly to educate on employer-sponsored programs.
• Provide enrollment assistance for medical, prescription, and supplemental plans.
• Update benefit elections and records for new hires and life events with policy compliance.
• Guide members through healthcare and benefits ecosystem and support navigation.
