Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to explain complex benefits clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze member needs and guide benefit decisions with personalized recommendations.
• Explain complex benefits information clearly to educate members.
• Provide enrollment assistance for medical, prescription, and retirement plans.
• Maintain accurate benefit elections and records across systems.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline member journeys.
• Deliver proactive outreach and status updates throughout the member lifecycle.
