Remotecom is looking for a Benefits Operations Specialist to join our Employer of Record Operations team. This fully remote role will help navigate global employment across more than 90 countries, directly influencing customer journeys and employee experiences with their Benefits.

The ideal candidate will provide support on various topics, including benefits plans, invoicing, and vendor platform integration. Strong HR experience and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations Employee Benefits, ideally within US PEO services.
• Obsessed with providing an excellent customer service experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Employees and Clients regarding Benefits.
• Process tickets and escalations via Zendesk and e-mail.
• Collaborate closely with the Benefits team.
