Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a fully remote benefits professional to manage complex health and welfare programs in a large organization. You will serve as a subject matter expert across benefit plans, compliance, vendor relationships, reporting, and employee education.

The role blends benefits administration, data analysis, HR technology, project coordination, and continuous process improvement. You will work with HR, IT, carriers, consultants, and third-party vendors to ensure accurate benefit

Qualifications

• 4+ years professional experience, 2+ years in benefits administration.
• Experience with Workday benefits, payroll deductions, integrations, and reporting.
• Experience with benefits systems and services.
• Experience delivering virtual benefits presentations and onboarding sessions.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• CEBS designation preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills with advanced data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a SME for health, life, disability, retirement, wellness, and spending account programs.
• Manage benefits compliance calendar and regulatory obligations.
• Develop benefits communications and employee engagement materials.
• Explain programs clearly to employees and resolve complex questions.
• Coordinate benefits projects with stakeholders and vendors.
• Ensure data integrity across benefits systems and integrations (Workday).
• Audit enrollment records, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrections.
• Review invoices and payroll deductions for accuracy.
