Job summary

Remote is looking for a Benefits Operations Specialist to join their EOR Operations team. This fully remote role supports international benefits for employees across more than 90 countries. Key responsibilities include providing support for benefits, processing tickets, maintaining data, and improving operating procedures.

Candidates should have experience in HR Operations Employee Benefits with strong customer service skills. The position offers flexible working hours, paid parental leave, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations Employee Benefits, ideally with PEO services.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Employees and Clients on Benefits.
• Process and resolve tickets and escalations via Zendesk and e‑mail.
• Maintain accurate data for benefits programs and prepare reports.
• Help define, document, and improve Standard Operating Procedures.
• Support the administration of benefits programs and identify opportunities.
