• Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for benefits inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Manage support requests through the department’s ticketing system.
• Develop and distribute clear materials on enrollment and policy changes.
• Process enrollments, terminations, and modifications accurately.
• Generate reports to aid decision-making.
