Job summary

LucidHealth, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Manager / Specialist to deliver high-quality benefits experience for employees. You will administer benefits, educate staff, and coordinate enrollment from a professional home office. The role partners with HR, payroll, HRIS, finance, brokers, and providers to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The Manager level adds leadership, vendor management, and program design contributions; strong data analysis and HIPAA-aware handling are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/Business.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• HR or benefits certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life and retirement.
• Educate employees on benefits and HR policies; coordinate open enrollment.
• Manage eligibility, enrollments, claims, data accuracy and support.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, HRIS, finance, brokers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local regulations.
• Analyze benefits data, invoices, and utilization to inform decisions.
• Coordinate Workers' Compensation and leave processes.
