Job summary

ContinuServe is seeking an HR Benefits Manager to oversee health, retirement, and wellness programs with a focus on compliance and client-facing HR support. The role requires deep benefits expertise and broad HR experience across multiple jurisdictions.

You will lead enrollment cycles, partner with brokers and vendors, and provide guidance on employee relations and policies while supporting mergers and acquisitions. Remote work with CT-friendly hours and global client coverage is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience administering employee benefit programs across all states and provinces.
• Knowledge of ACA eligibility, measurement periods, and reporting.
• Experience with mergers & acquisitions and benefits due diligence.
• Strong vendor management and employee communications capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee health, welfare, retirement, leave, and wellness programs across US and Canada.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and provincial regulations.
• Lead ACA eligibility determinations and look-back periods.
• Manage benefits administration during annual open enrollment and events.
• Coordinate with brokers, carriers and payroll for issue resolution.
• Provide HR guidance on employee relations and policy interpretation.
