Job summary

Proliance Surgeons in Salem, Oregon seeks a Manager of Benefits and Leave of Absence to operationalize benefits programs, ensure compliance, and enhance teammate experience. You will oversee health and welfare benefits, retirement education, PTO, and LOA administration, partnering with HR leadership.

You will manage vendor relationships, design retirement education, lead open enrollments across entities, and support workforce planning with data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive benefits and leave of absence strategy aligned with organizational goals and workforce needs.
• Lead design, administration, and continuous improvement of health, welfare, retirement, PTO, and LOA programs.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service delivery for benefits programs.
• Oversee eligibility, audits, and regulatory filings for benefit plans (5500s, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA).
• Provide governance, data analytics, and reporting to inform decision-making and cost management.
