Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of a comprehensive benefit and leave strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee vendor relationships and service delivery optimization for benefits and LOA.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reporting of plan data and audits.
• Partner with Finance, HR and leadership to optimize programs and data integrity.
