Advantage Solutions is seeking a Senior Benefits Administrator to oversee the advanced, independent administration of our employee benefits programs, including health, welfare, and retirement plans, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

This role requires 3–5 years of benefits experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and no travel. You will coordinate open enrollment, mentor staff, and work with vendors to resolve enrollment issues.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR benefits or a related field.
• No travel requirements for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage benefit programs including health, welfare, voluntary and retirement plans.
• Provide tier two benefits resolution and employee support.
• Liaise with third-party vendors on eligibility, coverage, and enrollment issues.
• Audit and analyze benefit changes in payroll and with vendors.
• Recommend enhancements to benefits websites and content.
• Coordinate open enrollment activities.
• Maintain benefits records and required documentation.
• Train and mentor benefits specialists and delegate tasks.
