Devoted Health is seeking an energetic Employee Benefits Manager to oversee medical, dental, vision, life, retirement, and wellness programs. Reporting to the Director, Benefits, you will translate complex benefit designs into clear, engaging experiences for employees and drive participation and understanding.

With 4+ years in HR/benefits and hands-on Workday Benefits Administration, you will partner with HRIS and payroll to ensure accurate deductions and data integrity while leading open

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, communications, marketing, business administration, or related field.
• 4+ years in HR/benefits or corporate communications, managing employee benefits.
• Knowledge of HSAs/FSAs/HDHPs and 401(k), COBRA, and leave administration.
• 2+ years with Workday Benefits Administration and related processes.
• Excellent writing and communication to translate benefits jargon into clear language.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of medical, dental, vision, life, retirement, and voluntary benefits.
• Serve as primary contact for benefits inquiries, qualifying life events, and dependent eligibility verifications.
• Collaborate with HRIS and payroll to ensure accurate premium deductions and data integrity.
• Translate complex plan designs into clear, engaging communications and onboarding materials.
• Oversee annual Open Enrollment logistics and vendor coordination.
