Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking an energetic Employee Benefits Manager to lead health, welfare, retirement, and wellness program administration in a fully remote environment across the United States. You will translate complex plan details into clear, engaging communications and drive participation and understanding of the complete benefits package.

Reporting to the Director, Benefits, you will manage day-to-day benefits operations, support new hire onboarding, oversee open enrollment, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HR, benefits, or corporate communications with benefit program management.
• Extensive knowledge of HSAs, FSAs, HDHPs, 401(k), COBRA, and leave administration.
• Hands-on Workday Benefits Administration and benefit system configurations.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling to translate benefits concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of medical, dental, vision, life, retirement, and voluntary benefits.
• Serve as primary HR benefits contact for inquiries, events, and eligibility verifications.
• Partner with HRIS and payroll to ensure accurate deductions and data integrity.
• Translate complex plan designs into clear, engaging communications.
• Lead new hire benefits onboarding and weekly benefit presentations.
• Oversee annual Open Enrollment logistics and vendor coordination.
