Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking an energetic Employee Benefits Manager to optimize health and welfare programs, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. You will translate complex designs into engaging employee communications and oversee open enrollment, ensuring high participation and perceived value.

You will partner with HRIS and payroll to improve data integrity, manage day-to-day benefits administration, and support a modern benefits experience for all employees across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HR, benefits, or corporate communications managing employee benefit programs.
• Knowledge of HSAs, FSAs, HDHPs, plus 401(k), COBRA and leave administration.
• Experience with Workday Benefits Administration and open enrollment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of medical, dental, vision, life, retirement and voluntary benefits.
• Serve as primary point of contact for benefits inquiries and eligibility verifications.
• Collaborate with HRIS and payroll to ensure accurate premium deductions and data integrity.
• Translate benefit plan details into clear communications and onboarding materials.
• Lead open enrollment logistics, vendor coordination, and benefit communication rollouts.
