Job summary

MP RPO is seeking a Benefits Data & Implementation Analyst for a fully remote role in the United States. You will manage data migration, onboarding new clients, and ongoing data maintenance across BenAdmin platforms while coordinating with carriers, brokers, and clients to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in employee benefits is required.
• Experience with employee benefits platforms such as bswift, Selerix or Employee Navigator.
• Excellent Excel knowledge and strong ETL (Extract/Transform/Load) skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide full project lifecycle data support for onboarding new clients and renewals.
• Manage multiple migration cases simultaneously across BenAdmin platforms.
• Collaborate with carriers, brokers, and clients to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Monitor, resolve data issues in the CRM and drive process improvements.
• Gather and coalesce files from multiple carriers and vendors.
