Job summary

Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Benefits Analyst to manage benefit data and compliance, audit Workday data, and lead Retro deductions. The role supports global benefits, handles QLE and new hire changes, and responds to inquiries via Zendesk in a fully remote setting.

Required: 3+ years in benefits or HR, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of enrollment laws. Certifications in Workday benefits are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Benefits Administration or HR-related work.
• Knowledge of enrollment rules and Qualified Life Events (QLE).
• Solid experience with Workday navigation, Benefits modules, and Zendesk.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail, esp. for sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Data management and auditing within Workday and benefits data.
• Provide backup support for QLEs and new hires changes.
• Submit and track Workday process updates with HRIT/HRIS.
• Coordinate updates to Zendesk macros for benefit events.
• Lead Retro deduction process for each payroll cycle.
• Back up LOA, FSA/HSA and 401k administration as needed.
