TEKsystems is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join our global Benefits team. You will apply your knowledge of US benefits administration, serve as a primary contact for employees and partners, and help manage day-to-day plan operations in a fully remote capacity.

This contract role requires strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders. Location flexibility includes EST-friendly hours with CST/ET alignment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant benefits administration experience.
• Knowledge of US benefits programs and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for inquiries regarding coverage, claims, and enrollment.
• Coordinate and support external and internal partners.
• Develop and send employee communications regarding benefit changes or updates.
• Conduct audits to investigate discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure effective benefit plan administration.
• Assist with 401(k) plan administration and year-end processes.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and document storage.
