Job summary

PuzzleHR is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to manage client health benefits and coordinate with brokers, carriers, and payroll systems in a fully remote capacity in the United States.

You will support onboarding/offboarding, enrollments, life events, and open enrollment while ensuring accurate benefit data and strong client communication. Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and proficiency with benefits platforms are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; equivalent experience acceptable.
• 3+ years payroll and benefits experience required.
• Experience onboarding/offboarding; client onboarding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal partners, clients, vendors, and employees.
• Facilitate our clients’ employee onboarding, offboarding, new hire enrollments, terminations, and life event changes.
• Assist with open enrollment.
• Consult our clients on system design and/or configuration to meet needs.
• Perform necessary clerical functions.
• Implement solutions that positively impact the client organization.
• Assist or prepare client and employee correspondence as requested.
• Other duties as assigned.
