Job summary

Group O, Inc. is seeking a Benefit Representative to join its Call Center in a fully remote US setting.

You will be the primary contact for employee benefits, guiding health insurance, retirement plans, PTO, and other benefits, while handling inquiries and ensuring accurate, privacy-conscious responses. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, 3 years in customer service (benefits HR preferred), strong communication, and proficiency with enrollment portals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 3 years of customer service or call center experience.
• Experience in benefits administration or HR preferred.
• HIPAA guidelines familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide employees and retirees on eligibility, coverage options, enrollment procedures, and plan details.
• Answer calls with personalized support and resolve inquiries courteously and efficiently.
• Assist with enrollment portals and resolve enrollment issues or technical challenges.
• Investigate benefits discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams or vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions, ensuring privacy compliance.
• Conduct training on new benefits offerings and update informational materials.
• Deliver empathetic, professional service and protect confidential information.
• Identify process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
