Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a remote, contract-based benefits and leaves administrator to support US and international employees. The role focuses ~70% on leave administration and ~30% on benefits, working with Sparrow for US leave management and maintaining HIPAA compliance and 401(k) administration.

You will triage inquiries, coordinate with Payroll, HRCs, HRPs, and Legal, and ensure timely, confidential handling of benefits information across 25 countries. EST preferred, open to CAD/US candidates.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for employee and partner inquiries.
• Coordinate and support external and internal partners.
• Communicate benefit changes or updates to employees.
• Audit and resolve discrepancies with attention to detail.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure effective benefit plan administration.
• Support broker/carrier upskilling sessions and invoicing.
• Maintain plan documents and HIPAA compliance.
• Administer 401(k) and related activities.
• Test and review internal/external systems as needed.
