Job summary

Terminix, a member of the Rentokil family, seeks a Benefits Analyst to manage benefit data and compliance in Workday. You will lead retro deductions, oversee Qualified Life Events and new hire changes, and respond promptly to colleagues' benefits inquiries via Zendesk, while auditing and updating Workday benefits and demographics.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in benefits administration, strong knowledge of enrollment rules, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in Benefits Administration or HR-related experience.
Regulatory knowledge: Enrollment and Qualified Life Events.
Technical proficiency with Workday and Zendesk; certification preferred.
Advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
Strong communication and service mindset.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently remotely.

Responsibilities

Data Management & Auditing: Manage data within Workday, run audits, and update data as needed.
Operational Support: Back up for administering QLEs and new hire changes.
Workday Enhancements/Updates: Submit JIRA requests and coordinate with HRIS/HRIT.
Zendesk Macros: Update macros for benefit events (open enrollment, etc.).
Payroll: Lead Retro deduction process each payroll cycle.
Benefits Administration Backup: Backup for LOA, FSA/HSA, and 401k administration.
